Who we are

ADF Chronicles ("we", "us") provides the fasting tracker and calculators at adfchronicles.com. Our postal address is 11166 Fairfax Blvd, Suite 500, Fairfax, VA 22030. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Using ADF Chronicles

ADF Chronicles is an educational and wellness tool for adults aged 18 and over. It is not medical advice and it is not a medical device. Read the safety information before you start, and talk to a healthcare professional if you have any doubt about whether fasting suits you. You are responsible for your own decisions about fasting.

You can use the tracker without an account. An account is optional.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• Keep access to your email account and Google account secure: anyone who can read your sign-in emails can sign in as you.
• One account is for one person.
• You can delete your account at any time in Profile. That deletes the copy of your data kept with it.

Your data

What you record belongs to you. We store it only to keep it in sync across your devices and to provide the features you use, as described in the privacy policy. You can download a backup of it at any time.

Fair use

Do not try to reach other people's data, overload or disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

Paid plans

All fasting methods are free. Optional paid plans may be offered later; their price, what they include and how billing and cancelling work will be shown before you pay, and you will not be charged without agreeing to them first. These terms will be updated before any paid plan is offered.

Changes and availability

We may change or stop features, and we will update these terms when we do anything that affects you. We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise it will always be, so keep a backup of anything important.

Limits of responsibility

ADF Chronicles is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make using it, for any indirect or consequential loss, or for losses from the service being unavailable or data being lost; keep your own backup. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections the law where you live gives you.
