Community guidelines
Last updated: October 14, 2026
My Circle is for encouragement, not competition. Partners and private groups (up to 8 people) are there to help each other keep a routine you are each comfortable with.
Be kind
- Encourage, celebrate and listen. Everyone follows their own plan, at their own pace.
- No insults, harassment, threats or unwanted romantic or sexual messages.
- No guilt or shame about a missed check-in, a changed plan or a rest day. Adjusting is part of doing this safely.
Health boundaries
- Never pressure anyone to fast longer, more often, or through feeling unwell.
- If someone says they feel unwell, the kind reply is that it's okay to stop and take care of themselves.
- Don't give medical advice or promote products, supplements or extreme diets.
- There are no leaderboards, weight competitions or rewards for longer fasts here, on purpose.
- ADF Chronicles is not medical advice. Read the safety information, and talk to a healthcare professional if you are unsure fasting suits you.
Privacy
- What is shared in a circle stays in that circle. Don't copy or pass on other members' check-ins or messages.
- Don't ask others for their weight, photos or health details. Share only what you are comfortable with.
- Your weight, BMI, journal and fasting history are never shared by ADF Chronicles. You choose what to share, one check-in at a time.
If something is wrong
- Report a message or a member. Reports go to ADF Chronicles, not to the person.
- Block someone to stop seeing each other's posts and check-ins. It ends a partnership with them.
- Mute a circle, or leave it at any time. Nobody needs to approve.
- A group's owner can remove posts and members. ADF Chronicles may remove content or suspend accounts that break these guidelines.
If you are worried about someone's safety, encourage them to contact a healthcare professional or emergency services. For anything else, email support@adfchronicles.com.
